I’m finding that it’s relatively time-consuming to eat. I read beforehand of someone else’s raw journey where he mentioned fairly consistently that particular meals required “a lot of chewing.” My four wraps were relatively small, yet it took me twice as long to eat them than it took my dinner companion to eat 3 corn tortilla quesadillas.
I got light-headed twice within a 10 minute span (though one was climbing out of a hot bath) so I feel the need to do some tweaking. I am going to try to eat more, as I’m certain I’m fairly calorie deficient even though this is only day 3. The nuts and fish help there, but I won’t be eating a filet every day. Bananas have a higher calorie content so I will try to incorporate more of them. Looks like I might be heading down the same path many others have gone down: eating more than 9 bananas a day! Maybe not. I can’t see it for myself… yet.
