Raw Day 5: Apologies

I messed up. I thought I could remember what I ate over the weekend. I will try to best recall, but I will most likely forget some things or provide a somewhat inaccurate picture. On Day 5, I forget lunch, but Day 6 and 7 should be a fairly close to what I ate. If you’re wondering why there is one less meal per day for them, it’s because it’s Saturday and Sunday and due to sleeping in, errands, and adventures, my schedule is unruly and so is my feasting.

Breakfast: 2 ½ – 3 c. pineapple

Dinner: Can’t remember

Supper: Salad – 3 c. spinach, ½ cucumber; Dressing – ½ red pepper, 1 tbsp humus dip, 1 lemon, dash water

My morning ritual didn’t seem all that different, but when I was leaving my place I caught a glimpse of my face in the mirror as I was putting on my jacket and I felt really good about myself. So I’m still riding on that wave right now…

(Later in the day) I’ve also noticed that on the inside of my mouth on the right hand side of the top and the bottom hurts as if I have canker sores. I only feel them occasionally when I swish water or a piece of food goes there. There are no physical cankers and I feel like it is more from eating so much fruit and acidic food. On the left corner of my lips, my skin/lips are very dry and burn when something touches them. Again, I’m chalking this up to the complete dive into fruit and veggie eating.
