Raw Day 6: Bring on the Bananas

Breakfast: 1 avocado, 2 bananas, 1.5 c mixed greens, ½ c mango, 1.5 cups pineapple

Dinner: Smoothie – 3 bananas; 1 piece of salmon

I ran errands for the day and then played a hockey game in the evening. My cardio hasn’t been great all season, and it still isn’t. I feel like my legs may have gotten a bit more exhausted earlier than usual though.

I was also informed that I ate 5 bananas today. That’s a record for me. It’s still a fair ways off from the 15 I’ve heard of some raw foodists eating, but it does support the theory that I projected on Day Three. And I don’t even particularly like bananas. Okay, well, they’re growing on me.
