Breakfast: ½ cantaloupe
Lunch: Wraps – 7 romaine leaves, ½ red pepper, 1 carrot, ¼ cucumber, 1/3 c. alfalfa sprouts, 3 tsp humus, 1 lime
Dinner: Salad – 3 c. spinach, some romaine, ¼ cucumber, 1 avocado, cilantro; dressing – ½ red pepper, 1 tomato, 1 lemon, some water
Evening: 1 glass of white wine
Things are coming along just peachy. My hunger levels aren’t as bad as they were at the beginning and I’m just generally feeling good. I had a productive day at work and wrapped up a project I had been working on for awhile.
It wasn’t a high-kicking-one-person-dance-party kind of day, but it was still a pretty darn good day. Had another glass of wine tonight… it wasn’t very good. But I guess that’s what you get when you’re not a wine drinker to begin with and you buy the $15 bottle!
Tomorrow is a grocery shopping day and I’m going to try finding some simple recipes and see how they go. My meals are getting pretty redundant (still great, though) and I’d like to try something new. So stay posted and see what I come up with.
