All in all, it wasn’t the worst thing ever… as I had thought it would be when I started cooking those slimy looking mushrooms. It took me a long time because I had to chew slowly and focus quite hard, but I made it all of the way through!

Pork chop in a Mushroom Gravy Sauce – cremini mushrooms, pork chop, green onion, parsley, chicken broth, flour, garlic, sour cream (except I didn’t have sour cream so I used greek yogurt – a surprisingly apt replacement)
